This Delivery Policy explains that Online Psychology Studies does not provide physical delivery, shipping, courier or collection services.
No delivery service. Online Psychology Studies is an online-only platform. We do not deliver physical goods and we do not charge shipping or courier fees.
1. Online-only services
The Services are accessed through online accounts, participant links, website sessions, email verification, digital dashboards and related online tools. Any reports, study materials, exports or platform outputs are provided digitally through the website or account features where available.
2. No physical goods
We do not sell, pack, ship, courier, deliver or arrange collection of physical products. There are no shipping addresses, shipping methods, tracking numbers, delivery windows, customs duties or physical fulfilment obligations associated with our Services.
3. Digital access timing
Where paid or account-based access is offered, access is normally made available online after account creation, email verification, successful payment verification or completion of any required onboarding step. Access timing may vary because of payment processing, security checks, incorrect information, service maintenance or network conditions.
4. No delivery fees
Because we do not provide physical delivery, we do not charge delivery, shipping, handling, courier, packaging or collection fees. Any fees shown at checkout relate to digital access or online services only.
5. Access problems
If you cannot access your account or a purchased online service after completing the required steps, contact support@onlinepsychologystudies.com using the email address associated with your account. Support for access problems does not change the no-refund terms in the Return Policy.
